Yes. You can upgrade your VPS at anytime, just contact us and we'll upgrade your account.
 
02   Do you offer Manage Services?
 

We do offer Manage Services plans to provide support that related to your VPS account.

03   Can I change my OS?
 

Yes, you can install OS whenever you like by using the control panel.
 
04   Do I have root access to my VPS?
 
Yes, our VPS hosting provides you the full-access and control to the VPS server.
 
05   How many users are on the same VPS server?
 
It depends on the package that you subscribe and the load of the VPS.
 
06   Can I upgrade software myself?
 
Yes, you can as you have the root access to the server.
 
07   Can I add more users? Will they have root permissions?
 
You can create as many users as you like. The control panel allows you to limit their permission and resource usage.
